No engagement without written agreement
An email enquiry does not create a client relationship. Any work begins only after the parties agree in writing to the scope, responsibilities, access, exclusions, fees, evidence handling, and retention or deletion requirements.
Scope-limited evidence
A TransferVerity finding is limited to the systems, information, environment, permissions, and time window actually examined. It does not guarantee future operation, security, transferability, or commercial performance.
